Psychedelic Somatic Integration with Saj Razvi & Annie King

Psychedelic Somatic Integration with Saj Razvi & Annie King

This was basically like interviewing sacred psychedelic superstars… my amazing practitioner Annie and her teacher Saj. While everything I’ve done for the past 20 years on my personal growth path has been supportive, nothing until PSI had cracked the code on why I kept attracting abusive romantic relationships and professional situations. The profound sense of self forgiveness is beyond words, the wellbeing I’ve never known possible is becoming more common. This conversation explains the science of our bodies and psychedelics, as well as the heartfelt experience of being at rest, heart open, trusting our bodies and honoring their capacity to bring us home into wholeness. I am thrilled beyond measure to bring this possibility of life beyond trauma home to you and your body… for it’s the deepest key to intimacy.

We also discussed:
-The ‘iceberg and why talk therapy isn’t enough
-The potency of surrendering to the body’s wisdom
-Understanding dissociation and our body’s inner ‘pharmacy’
-The importance of setting intentions with psychedelic medicine

Meet Saj

Saj Razvi is the Director of Education at PSI. He is a psychotherapist and former clinical researcher in the MAPS Phase 2 trial of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy. He is faculty at Mind Medicine Australia and taught PTSD studies at the University of Denver. He is one of the primary developers of the Psychedelic Somatic Interactional Psychotherapy (PSIP) modality which is a next generation, primary consciousness-oriented psychotherapy. The focus of PSIP is to maximize the relational and autonomic healing capacity of psychedelic medicine to treat complex, childhood developmental trauma. Saj’s primary focus is to train clinicians to provide legal, effective psychedelic treatment in their private practice settings utilizing readily accessible medicines such as cannabis and ketamine. He provides PSI trainings and supervision to students internationally.

Meet Annie

Annie has spent twenty years exploring alignment in the physical body, practicing and teaching neuromuscular therapy and therapeutic yoga. Annie’s work in PSI realizes her longtime dream of offering therapeutic plans that integrate safe, legal, and powerful psychedelic medicines into the interactive somatic therapy modalities she has practiced for many years as an advanced craniosacral therapist. PSI combines the deeply resourcing and profoundly calming ability of somatic therapy to reorganize the body’s fight-or-flight nervous system with the trust-expanding, ego-disarming effects of purposeful psychedelic work. Annie’s work is for those seeking to expand their consciousness and deepen the relationship with the self and their loved ones in a more present heart centered.
