Frank Parisi’s life reads like a film script. Growing up on the tough streets of New York City, facing extreme adversity, he turned to drugs, alcohol, and violence to survive. After decades of self destruction, a spiritual awakening in 2011 led him into recovery and a new way of living devoted to service and impact.

In 2023, Frank received a life saving heart transplant from a nineteen year old donor. This profound second chance deepened his commitment to faith, kindness, and living abundantly. He now shares his story to inspire others to overcome adversity and shift from scarcity to abundance in every area of life.

Frank is the author of the bestselling memoir Embrace Abundance, published August 1, 2024. Katherine Parisi, an attorney with over twenty years of experience in New York and Austin, has walked beside Frank since high school. Through addiction, recovery, and his heart transplant, she remained committed while also doing her own healing work.
