Allana Pratt is by far the best coach I and my partner have ever worked with because she models vulnerability, authenticity, and non-judgement so artfully. My partner and I are facing truths and core issues individually that have evaded us for our entire adult lives and then bringing that healing lovingly to the relationship. I have worked with at least 15 or more therapist and coaches over my lifetime: without a doubt I do deeper, faster than with any other practitioner. I trust Allana; her own vulnerability, honesty, playfulness and deep experience and intuitive skills makes it possible to uncover truths that have laid hidden and guarded my entire adult life. When I did my intimacy breakthrough call, I was unsure about myself, had struggled for several years in taking a relationship beyond friendship and into something more intimate, and was basically searching for answers and better relationships. Allana was empathetic, sympathetic, and above all loving in that first call. I felt though that she understood me and would see me at a deeper level than other therapists. I immediately felt a deep trust for her. So I took the plunge (which felt like walking off the edge of a cliff at the time) and began working with this amazing, loving woman. Over the years, that trust has always been there and in fact it has deepened. I have finally written and published my first novelette. I have become a RYT-500 hour yoga instructor. I have developed better and deeper relationships. I have had some super hot, energetic sex after being celibate for 16 years. I haven't found my beloved yet, but I have found and nourished the beloved in me. I have a deeper relationship with myself that allows me to show up in the right ways for my family, friends, and those more special, intimate friends. It has been a very rewarding experience.

Before I met Allana, I was working hard at cultivating better habits but the patterns of behavior that I tried to change kept coming back and I would make the same mistakes again and again leaving me feeling undisciplined, stuck in a rut, a fraud and a failure. Now, I allow myself to experience my emotions, integrate them and move to a more resourceful state. I am learning who I really am and less fearful of showing her to the world. I feel more, enjoy more, laugh more… I am more curious and listen more deeply… best of all, I take responsibility for all parts of me and my emotions. I’ve done other work similar to this before but I felt like I needed more, to go more in depth and that’s how I felt before I met Allana and the Heartmates community. I felt like there was no way I could meet a life partner because I felt like I was lacking something. I felt stuck. Now that I’ve met the community, coaching with Allana and doing the Heartmates curriculum I feel like I’ve progressed a lot. I have finally really forgiven people in my life and let that pain and anger go, which has been just great and life changing! So immensely grateful for that! I’ve had amazing breakthroughs with myself now as an adult and with my Little You and finally felt like her and I integrated and when that moment happened it was just awesome! The reason I felt drawn to Allana’s program was because I felt like I was always in survival mode as a mom, wife and business owner. I struggled with figuring out how to deal with the day to day things without losing my sh!t and I for sure wasn’t emotionally available for my husband. Since joining Allana’s program, the things in my life haven’t changed, but I am better able to handle all the things coming at me. I believe that I can now manifest what I want out of life, and the universe hears me and answers the call.

Before joining HeartMates I felt stuck in some negative patterns but no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t change those patterns. I felt hopeless about creating the kind of life I wanted to have believing that something was fundamentally wrong with me. Now in HeartMates, I’m utilizing all the processes Allana teaches us to make real changes. Each time I attend a group or Conscious Connection call I get to practice being vulnerable. I may not always be able to feel the progress I’ve made but everyone is so supportive and reminds me that I am making progress. I feel more hopeful and at home with myself. I’ve embraced what Allana says, “we never get there” because it actually takes the pressure off myself to be perfect. It’s a relief to know that I need to focus on making changes within myself rather than trying to control external circumstances.
