I met Allana mid-March 2020, right about as the world was shifting and shutting down, and I truly believe I was meant to meet her! My work with her has allowed me to process so much past pain, self judgement, perfectionism, fear and shame. I worked endlessly to suppress these emotions so that I would appear “perfect” on the outside, but now I’ve uncovered and know my true self and love my little you more than ever! So much joy, freedom and peace has come with this work, and I am eternally grateful to the glorious goddess that Allana is and how she showed up for me and helped me come home.
