Today I share a profound intimacy exercise. Sit facing each other, present in the moment, look upon each other as the human ego, an imperfect identity. Notice what arises, your body sensations, thoughts, emotions. Now, look upon each other as a conscious being of choice. Observe what comes up for you. Can you shift your point of view?
2. Date Night DYAD
Not judging another’s process or point of view is key to the success of a Dyad. Once can have different ideas than another without being judgmental of them. This builds safety, trust, respect, and intimate vulnerable connection. It’s wise to date your partner even if you’ve been together for decades, to hear them with fresh ears, a curious heart, soft eyes 😉
