Tina Lifford :CEO. Facilitator. Artist. Playwright. Speaker.
In the world of personal development, Tina Lifford founded Waking Up Fabulous (WUF) to support others in their personal development and inner self-care. Through her workshops, retreats and special events, Tina creates a safe interactive learning environment where participants can learn skills to wake up their inner power, let go of harsh self-judgment, be free of limiting patterns and beliefs, and know it’s possible to live their best life. Tina has distilled all that she has learned—from the study of spirituality, psychology, personal development and good ole life experience—into the concept of Inner Health and Well being and The 14 Practices. The 14 Practices are practices anyone can use to see themselves in ways that nurture and empower them. They served to create inner self-reliance and personal power. They allow one to connect with their innate value, and to focus on what’s possible in their lives.
To further deliver the message of Inner Health and Well being, Tina has written a play titled “The Circle”. It has been entertaining sold-out audiences for the past year. Based on real-life interviews, “The Circle” is a powerhouse 90-minute theatrical experience that models best practices for self-care. It is about seven diverse women—from different cultures, walks of life, ranging in age from25-70—who discover they have been carrying the weight of someone else’s bag(gage). “The Circle” is a heartbreaking, funny, raw and ultimately uplifting journey as these women let go of the weight in their bag and triumphantly discover, “I AM ENOUGH!” “The Circle” is gearing up for a national tour.
TinaLifford is the Playwright of “The Circle,” and CEO and Creative Director of Waking Up Fabulous. She graduated from the University of Santa Monica’s Master Program in Spiritual Psychology in 2005, and the Coaches Training Institute in 2007. She is a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner in the philosophy of the Science of Mind, with a 15-year private coaching practice. She is also author of a soon to be released book titled, How to Let Go of the Lies You Were Told.
To the public-at-large, Tina Lifford is best known as a successful Hollywood actress. She currently stars as Renee Trussell on NBC’s hit series, Parenthood, and as Evelyn Lancaster in the VH1 hit “Single Ladies”.
