The time has arrived. For over a decade, you have watched your child grow and flourish. The first smile, the first word, the first step, the moments that we forever cherish in our memories and our hearts. Now, it’s time to talk about the changes that are happening. Whose responsibility is it to have this talk? Should Mom or Dad step up to the plate?
Boy or Girl, Son or Daughter – no matter what the “talk” will not be pleasant or comfortable for all parties involved. It will be awkward and mortifying – let’s just get that out the way! There is not right way to do it but I do want to give my two cents on how Mom AND Dad should approach it and have two separate talks.
