Can't Be a Knight if She Won't be a Damsel


Your wife constantly complains that you are not the romantic she desires. You haven’t ridden in on your gallant horse, swept her off her feet, and saved her from the devastation’s of every day life. Unfortunately, she doesn’t notice that upon your arrival to save the day, she has already slayed the dragon, restored the kingdom, and made time to run a bathe and soak her body!

For women, finding a balance between being independent, self-sustaining, and strong AND being vulnerable and cared for is hard and scary. Very scary. In order to allow someone to “save” us, we have to be willing to let go, to trust that you will have our back, to believe that no matter what you will come to our rescue. I know it is frustrating but hang in there and here’s why…
