Something happens when I’m interviewed
I love to be interviewed. A while back I didn’t though… I was all in my head, got my notes all ready, was anticipating what they’d ask, be concerned if I said the right thing, attached to the result of them liking me or potential clients or customers of my books following up… I’d get sweaty, tongue tied… try to stand up and walk like they teach you… ahhh! Painful!
Then one day I said &$*# it. Be me. They like me? Great. They don’t like me? Great. Not my peeps then.
Whew! Set me freeeeee! It was like a channel opened up and information began to stream through without me thinking… I was tapped in, turned on as Ester Hicks says! Interviews began to be SUCH a joy, information and insights that I had never considered before eloquently graced my lips… I was moved to tears myself. I felt a million times bigger after the interview and could climb any mountain with ease.
Now this of course isn’t something I only allow interviews… although I’d love you to listen to one of my latest interviews with a great man who clearly was enjoying my energy (tee hee)

This capacity to let go, channel pure information, be in the moment, be present, be YOU… this is available 24/7 my love! You can let go of what people think and be you all day every day. In fact I suggest it. Way more delicious.
Try it on a date, with your kids, listening to a friend, making love… see if you cannot worry about what’s going to happen next and instead savor THIS moment, truly dive in and open up. Yes, it’s being out of control… but in a good way. Out of the heavy control of squishing your limitless, luscious magnificence! And choosing to be ALL of you to show up and meet the moment! It’s exhilarating… truly being seen, truly seeing.
I wouldn’t have it any other way. That’s what happens each week on my Intimate Conversations series… I be real, in the moment and authentic with my guests and you NEVER know what will come out of their mouths… they ALWAYS say “ I can’t believe I’m telling you this.” or “I’ve never told anyone this before.” See? It works. They feel SO honored, SO seen, SO welcomed for exactly who they are… that fresh insights from that very precise moment in time unfold… for us!! How does it get even more delicious than that?
