Return Policy

At Celebrate the Process, our goal is to provide an exceptional customer experience.  We fully stand behind our products and service.  If you are interested in purchasing a membership, purchasing a product (digital or physical), or are signing up for coaching, please review our return policy.

Digital Product Returns

Due to their digital nature, digital/downloadable products such as (but not limited to) “Scoring a Relationship,” “Heart Splayed Wide Open,” or the digital version of “How to Be and Stay Sexy,” cannot be returned for a refund.

Lucious Library Returns

We are looking to invite only registrants who are ALL IN for the year, who will contribute to a healthy thriving community and experience breakthrough results. Celebrate the Process, Inc’s policy states that all digital products are non refundable under all circumstances. Thus there are absolutely no refunds whatsoever. However within 30 days of Registering, if you’ve filled out your assessment, done your homework, participated on the calls with Allana and engaged in the community, should the program not be a fit, please email manager@allanapratt.com. You will be issued a credit of $1997 toward your choice of Allana’s $5997 3 month Journey, her 2020 $9997 Retreats or higher end VIP programs. Credit expires Dec. 31, 2019.

Membership Returns

Memberships are non-refundable; however, a member may request a cancellation of his/her membership prior to their next billing date. Again, we are only able to cancel the next billing date (not the current) and this must be requested 24 hours prior to that date as all payments auto-post at midnight (meaning if the next billing date is 12-15-2015 at 12:00 am, the cancellation request must be received by 11:59 pm on 12-13-2015 in order to be honored). All membership privileges will still be enacted until the next billing date.

Coaching Refunds

Customer shall be entitled to a refund within seven (7) days of purchase (the “Refund Period”) upon the submission of a written refund request to Company pursuant to Section 12(H) of this agreement.  This does NOT include digital products that are immediately accessible upon purchase.

After the Refund Period expires, all non-refundable course tuition may be credited towards other limited Company programs, to be determined solely by Company. All non-refundable course tuition shall only be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Program. All non-refundable course tuition shall not be valid for any private coaching with Company.

After the Credit Period expires, Customer shall be responsible for full payment of fees for the entire Program, regardless of whether Customer completes the Program. If Customer is unable to use the sessions for any reason, Customer understands that fees are non-refundable and may not be credited towards other Company programs.
