Q: Allana, I am about to celebrate my 40th birthday and I am having a mini-crisis. I feel as if my life is so final right now. I am married to who I am going to be with. I can’t (don’t want) to have more kids. My job is my career from which I will retire. There is nowhere else to go from here. Everything has already been decided for me. I feel as if I am suffocating. Please help.
A: Ok first, that is only one point of view. Whose point of view is that? You don’t have to have that point of view. You are the rider of your own chariot! Pick up the reigns and do what you want. Nothing is final if you are still breathing.
