Are you living in your head? You know what I mean, just using memories and actions from the past to guide you? That’s’ great if you’ve been successful in everything you’ve done, but what about facing new challenges?? If you’re stuck in your head when you are presented with challenges you are setting yourself up for a big struggle. I use the word PRESENTED here for a reason. It should remind you for the need to be PRESENT.
If you are not present and only looking to the past for solutions, you may find yourself panicking, fearful, or starting to act uncharacteristically aggressive. Yesterday’s solutions will not help you with today’s problems. You are letting all the possibilities in the here and now pass you by. This only makes you work harder to find a solution which leads you to frustration and exhaustion. So you can continue to do this, OR…move through times of challenge with the Pleasure of Persistence.
This my friends is when we get out our head and into our hearts. Where we begin to use what my Soul Intuitive Eddie Conner calls our “Gut Brain” and our “Heart Mind.” You can get in tune with the present with an open heart and body and not rack your brain for the same-old answers. You can now listen to your Intuition, use your Feminine Power and let this guide you to the right solution.
I was stuck in my head for years. I didn’t have the courage to be still and listen to my inner thoughts. I would be scared of a challenge and allow it to paralyze me. Now, I Trust Myself, Trust
God and let life unfold how it’s meant to be.
Now when I am faced with a challenge I get out of my head, breathe into that challenge and surrender into the Pleasure of Persistence. I liken it to one of those deep yoga poses that are painful but once you surrender to it, you feel so much better, so stretched and supported, it’s almost magical. With my trust and persistence I reign over my Kingdom like a Queen, I cherish each day, and I know I can move mountains. No matter the challenge, I can flow through it, I can shine with my persistence, savor my power and leave a legacy of what true Feminine Power is in service to this world.
